We're all feeling unsure right now, that's for sure. Without much to do, most of us—myself included—have been sitting around, reading the news, and worrying about the virus and its sweeping economic impact. Well, it’s fine to be worried, but I think we’d all feel better if we channeled that energy into actions.
So here's an idea: What if we told all our friends, family, acquaintances and clients about our clients? Not just the deals that they’re offering right now, but also a little bit about them. It couldn't hurt—and it could definitely help! So here are some real (and wonderful) businesses that are ready to serve you. Please consider supporting one or all of them. Now our third woman-owned business, Mushie was created to make beautiful and safe baby products. From pacifiers to toys, their products make cool, unique gifts for anyone with a little one. Tejas Custom Boots owner Chris has become a friend—a friend who makes some badass boots, which you can see on his Instagram account. His boot-making shop depends on in-person consultations. The Studio Form
The women of Form may be the kindest people we have ever been around, and the entire studio was built to serve the community. They have had to close because of COVID-19, and as you can imagine, this is a big, big deal for a solo studio. Please support them by buying a class pack or gift card for future use. The Way Home Adoption
It’s pretty simple to me: Kids deserve to have parents. I mean, right? The Way Home Adoption is our personal passion. Run by the fierce and fantastic Ashley Fields and Kendall Monroe, TWH always needs full community support. However, when people tighten their belts, charities suffer. Give what you can to one of the noblest and well-run programs in the country.
Many of our clients are not featured, simply because they are more B2B or I didn’t feel they would benefit from exposure to our specific audience.
